  1. Most our items consist of perishable, consumable products that must be stored in a refrigerator to preserve their freshness. Please make sure that there is someone available to receive these products, as they are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. This precaution is essential not only to maintain product quality but also to prevent any potential food contamination.
  2. We undertake rigorous food handling practices for all our products. Therefore, products that have been purchased and accepted upon delivery would not be subject to exchanges, returns or refunds. The only exception is when the item was delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  3. Refunds are not applicable to products that have been consumed, altered, or used in any way. Perishable items, such as fresh seafood or meat, cannot be refunded due to their nature.
  4. Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, downloadable products, and items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
